一  总规则

第3条  严禁政治/敏感的文章发表以及转帖。
第4条  严禁煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结。
第5条  严禁捏造或者歪曲事实，散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序的；
第6条  严禁宣扬封建迷信、淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖、教唆犯罪。
第7条  严禁不顾他人感受的个人情感发泄、人身攻击、低级趣味或者捏造事实诽谤他人。
第8条  未经他人许可，禁止公开张贴他人的任何私人信息。
第9条  严禁抄袭及剽窃他人作品，禁止转载或引用涉及版权问题的文章。
第10条 严禁发表与站方宗旨无关主题、与主题无关回复、上传与内容无关图片。
第11条 严禁一帖多发、刷版（帖）等恶意灌水现象；
第12条 未经站方允许禁止任何形式发布广告。
第13条 严禁破坏论坛公共秩序及侵害站方利益的内容。
第14条 严禁讨论其他论坛的邀请、注册、登陆以及其他是非问题
第15条 会员的头像/照片不得有国家领导人的形象；不得有歪曲/侮辱他人行为；禁止使用不雅头像/照片；严禁利用会员的头像/照片做广告宣传。
第16条 必须遵守社区ID注册与管理、发帖、回帖、签名档规则并接受违规后处罚
第17条 挑战站方规定权威的，干涉站方管理的
第18条 指桑骂槐意图不明的，含沙射影的
第19条 挑起或挑拨会员、管理关系的
第20条 禁止拉帮结伙、恶意分裂
第21条 禁止发布含有私人或某团体联系方式的主题

三  发贴规则  
站方原则上接纳一切能够真正给大家带来经验的交流帖，任何精品、破解软件、心得体验……都可以成为帖子的主题。
具有以下规则性质的主题或回复将被管理人员处理，并对发贴者进行置顶奖励、禁言、禁止访问、删除ID、等相应处理。
第1条  必须遵守第二章行为准则规定
第2条  批评性内容或评语必须给出详细理由，否则将视为诽谤
第3条  禁止发布主题过于简单、无实质内容、使用哗众取宠标题的
第4条  禁止自己开贴或在他人发表的主题中进行版聊，针对某一事件、问题反复开贴
第5条  禁止与主题明显不符的回复、仅使用表情、数字、字母、引用等无意义的回复
第6条  注册论坛ID仅为商业广告或其他目的  
第7条  禁止发布含有病毒,木马链接或恶意代码的帖子
第8条 任何讨论、建议、质疑、询问社区功能使用方法必须发表在投诉建议版块
第9条 禁止发布不符合相关版面版规的帖子
第10条 禁止将他人出售中的、加权限限制的、回帖可见的内容或者附件直接共享出来，损坏作者利益的行为
第11条 禁止出售交易论坛账号和论坛附件等资源
第12条 允许同一主题回复三次以内(包括三次）可以连楼。但要根据帖子的内容，如果同一内容或者无意义回帖，视为灌水
第13条 允许刷屏,但内容要有意义,不可脱离主题帖
第14条 鼓励用真心语言回复帖子，表示对楼主的敬意
第15条 回帖是对作者的尊重，请不要恶意灌水，如果觉得帖子内容对你有帮助 可以加分以示感谢

四 奖励与惩罚
灌水：回帖是对楼主的肯定与评价 应尊重楼主的付出与奉献 不应恶意灌水
第一次发现灌水（仅使用表情、数字、字母、引用等无意义的回复）警告一次，第二次发现禁言三天，第三次发现禁言一周，三次以上将永久禁言
发帖：发布色情信息、反动信息、违反国家法律法规的将永久禁言。发无意于帖子的按情节处以1-30天禁言
奖励：每次发帖都会有相应的各种积分奖励，优秀的主题将被设置 高亮，精华，置顶等
